Sunil has 26+ years of working experience in Finance with reputed business groups from India, Germany, and the USA. He earned an entire business cycle experience as he has worked with start-ups, JVs, and listed public companies, ensuring controls and compliance. He has worked with many industries, such as Manufacturing, Software, Project Engineering/Service companies and actively participated in different ERP implementations in addition to his core Finance responsibilities.

At vConstruct, Sunil heads the Financial, Planning & Accounting function. He also takes care of treasury, taxation, and global reporting. Here Sunil enjoys and works with other business leaders for optimization of resources, devising better financial controls and enhancing stakeholder value.

Sunil is qualified as a Company Secretary (CS) and Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) in India and holds global qualifications such as FCMA and CGMA from Chartered Institute of Management Accountant, UK. He also holds certifications in Data Analytics from ACCA, UK and Oracle 11i (GL) from Oracle University.

If not at work, Sunil enjoys traveling, reading books, playing Cricket/Table Tennis, listening to old songs, and networking with like-minded people.
