Manoj has 26 years of experience working across the US, Europe, and APAC regions. He has more than 10 years of experience in senior leadership positions in various organizations. His experience includes managing large-scale programs and leading overall operations for different companies. He played a key role in scaling up multiple organizations in India and overseas.

He played a leadership position in Geometric Limited, where he was heading the entire Software division, and ITC Infotech, where he was heading Pune Centre. He also played key strategic roles for various customers like Ford, Cummins, Airbus, and GE and led the product development team for some of the solutions in fashion, manufacturing, and oil and gas industries.

Overall work experience includes managing company operations, IT strategy, PLM program management, and working in design & manufacturing engineering for the auto industry.

Manoj holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering as well as a completed Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management and a graduate diploma in Software Application Engineering.

At vConstruct, Manoj is leading operations and is responsible for HR, Recruitment, IT, Marketing, and SEZ operations. He also provides mentorship to the Finance& Accounting and Software development group. He is also leading some of the key strategic initiatives at vConstruct.

When not at work, Manoj likes to play badminton, read books, and provide mentorship to different colleges.
