Four storey “design built” Spectrum Parking Garage required modelling and shop drawings services for foundation and superstructure. The model reflects all concrete construction joints as per actual construction and was submitted for coordination. The team coordinated with respect to pour sequences, control joints, ramp slope analysis, ramp clearances and building pad layouts. Complete shop drawing package included Foundation and retaining walls with details, superstructure floor plans, building sections and isometric views.
