vConstruct delivered LOD 300 high fidelity Concrete model, Drywall and Gypsum ceiling frame model for use in multi-trade clash coordination for this 19-story 342,000 sq. ft. office building for University client. Precision concrete modeling of this project helped to identify issues and get them resolved prior to start of construction. Extraction of accurate shop drawings and comparison of subcontractor shop drawings submittals with concrete model for conformity were also part of our scope.The accuracy of framing model was influenced by the concrete information model.
